Terms of Service.

We provide:

• In-school group band sessions
• Trial sessions
• Private lessons (subject to availability)
• Workshops and performances

Availability may vary. We reserve the right to make changes with reasonable notice.

A booking is confirmed when:

• You have provided the required details
• Payment has been received (where applicable)

We may refuse bookings where necessary.

• Fees are £40 per month per student
• Paid monthly, in advance
• Missed payments may result in suspension
• Places may be released if fees remain unpaid

• 48 or more hours notice: rearrangement may be offered
• Less than 48 hours notice: session is charged in full
• No-show: session is charged in full

Group sessions are non-refundable. Monthly payments are non-refundable once started. Cancel your membership at any time with one month's notice.

Trial sessions are free and carry no obligation to enrol. A trial does not guarantee ongoing availability. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Discounts

• Are discretionary
• Apply to future payments only
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Testimonials

• Must be genuine
• Do not need to be positive
• Publication requires consent

Students are expected to:

• Behave respectfully toward tutors and other students
• Follow instructions
• Treat equipment with care
• Participate as part of the group

We may pause or end participation if behaviour becomes disruptive or unsafe.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Missed sessions within the terms of this policy
• Loss of personal belongings
• Failures of third-party systems

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We maintain appropriate safeguarding standards at all times. Concerns may be reported to relevant authorities where necessary.

We may update these terms, fees or services with reasonable notice to you.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.

Rearranged lessons are not guaranteed due to fixed group schedules. Repeated absence may result in loss of place.

We request explicit permission before using photos, videos or testimonials. Parents may specify what content is allowed and where it can be used. We will use first names only where possible, respect all consent choices, and remove content on request where feasible.

• Student welfare is our first priority
• Appropriate staff boundaries are maintained at all times
• We encourage open communication with parents
• Safeguarding concerns are acted on promptly

Parents must provide accurate contact and emergency details at the time of enrolment.

Parents are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information at the time of booking
• Timely payment of fees
• Student attendance
• Communicating any relevant needs or concerns in advance
